Who are our customers? As a manufacturers representative for the State of Colorado, parts of Wyoming and Nebraska, our customers are at the wholesale level of the electrical products market. Our main customer base is A&E design firms, lighting design professionals, design and build electrical contractors, and of course our market channel partners, the wholesale electrical distributor. We do not sell our products to the retail market. We are not lighting consultants or electrical engineers. We assist our customers in product selection and application. We can and will assist with point to point lighting verification when requested.

| 1970-Mr.David Marquardt - the "M" in M/H Lighting founded Marquardt Lighting Sales |
| 1972 -Mr. Hal Hebert the "H" in M/H Lighting, joined the company, and the name was changed to Marquardt-Hebert Lighting Systems |
| 1987 - Mr. Hebert retired, and many of the employees purchased Mr. Hebert's interest in the company and Marquardt-Hebert Lighting Systems, became M/H Lighting Associates, Inc., an employee owned company. |
| 1999 our Vice President and Sales Manager Mr. Dave Kellogg joined M/H Lighting, bringing over 20 years experience in the lighting industry with him. Prior to starting his career in the lighting business, Mr. Kellogg had several years experience with an electrical wholesale distributor here in Denver. |
| 2000 - Mr. Marquardt retired |
| 2000 - Mr. Steve Woodward took over operations at M/H Lighting as our President and General Manager. Mr. Woodward has been an employee with M/H Lighting since 1983. With several previous years experience with another lighting manufacturers representative, and several years with an electrical wholesale distributor here in Denver. |
| 2005 - M/H Lighting Associates, now employs 35 people in two offices. We are the oldest, and largest lighting equipment manufacturers representative in Colorado. |
